Catering Policies

ORDER TIMELINE

Vicky’s requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for all orders, with larger orders requiring proportionally more notice. Vicky’s is also very accommodating with regards to accomplishing last-minute requests, as we know that this is, at times, unavoidable. Sunday Caterings will be considered based on availability and minimum cost requirements.

CANCELATION POLICY

Vicky’s has a standard cancellation policy in place for all orders. If an order must be cancelled, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice; otherwise an automatic 50% cancellation fee will apply.

FOODWARE

Vicky’s is very conscientious about our environmental footprint and, as such, offer disposable plates, cutlery and napkins with all of our catering orders, with an option to substitute true china at an additional cost. Our beverage cups are fully biodegradable (even the lids!) and, when available, we also attempt to stock biodegradable flatware.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change due to market food-cost fluctuations. We are committed to providing fair market prices for the quantity and quality of our food.

Our sincere goal is to alleviate all past concerns and present our newly refined process to help offer a level of assurance that we hope will help reconstruct the trust and faith in our capabilities to provide a concrete and desirable service to the County of Strathcona.
